Если вы хотите спокойно отдохнуть после активно проведённого дня, или долгой дороги, то это не сюда!!! Куда угодно, но только не сюда! Проезжая транзитом через Ульяновск, решили остановиться в этой гостинице. Поужинали, легли спать…..,просыпаемся от жуткого грохота над головой! Сначала не могли понять что происходит, мы на пятом,крайнем этаже. Время ЧАС ночи! Выходим в коридор, а там работники разгружают мебель из лифта на чердак. На наше замечание нам ответили: А что вы хотите это наша работа. Приходим на ресепшн с возмущением о происходящем, и получаем ответ Нам надо работать, что вы возмущаетесь, вы скидку хотите получить! Нет, мы всего лишь хотим получить человеческого отношения к гостю!!! Извинений мы не услышали. Мало того, рабочие спокойно доделывали свою работу до 2 часов ночи. Не уважаемая администрация, такого хамского отношения персонала к гостю мы не встречали ни в одной гостинице России. Извинений нет до сих пор!

Изначально выбирала между Ракурсом и ещё двумя отелями. Очень рада, что остановила свой выбор именно на "Ракурс". Привлекло то, что по фото ремонт достаточно новый. Приехала я вечером, номер чистый, косметика отельная, халаты, полотенца, чай с чайником. Я была рада, что номер один-в-один с фото. Заказала еду в номер с ресторана, принесли быстро. Еда очень вкусна, особенно мой любимый десерт крем брюле. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, помогут, объяснят если есть вопросы. Изначально я заселилась одна, но потом муж приехал. Нам тут же добавили все принадлежности на вторую персону. Мы оплачивали трое суток, так как выезжали поздно вечером. Поскольку на завтрак я не попадала, а дорога на машине до Питера занимает сутки, я спросила можно ли что-то взять с собой. К выезду мне собрали ланч бокс: яблоко, груша, сырники, джем и два треугольных сендвича. По желанию можно было добавить чай. А кровать и подушки настолько обволакивающие, в меру мягкие и комфортные, что я теперь хочу себе такие домой. Очень понравилось, что у отеля есть своя парковка, так как мы на машине и вопрос с парковкой всегда очень острый. И хотя написано, что у отеля 3 звезды, я могу точно сказать, что у него твёрдая четверка. Мне очень понравилось!!
