We stayed here last September (2024). Our room (the Riesling) was VERY small - I would not stay at that room again. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom itself and not in the bathroom, the shower was pretty, but small for a 6’4”man. And if you don’t want to wash your hair you’ll want to bring a shower cap, as the head is directly above the center of the shower. They do have a hot tub and you need to reserve it, but I didn’t see that on their site (doesn’t mean it wasn’t there). We asked about it one morning and were told it wasn’t reserved so we used it. My issue is that you have to walk out the front door and walk in the dark (or by the light of your phone) to use the tub. We weren’t give instructions initially, but she did end up providing them. It would be nice, however, if there were outside some hooks for bathrobes and lights so you can see what you’re doing. Breakfast was quite delicious, and the other guests were quite nice to chat with. There aren’t many places to have dinner so you’ll either need do research or ask the owner, as she’ll be able to name some spots for you. Also, there was no room service or clean up, which I don’t mind - however, it would have been nice to have extra towels and wash cloths or had been asked at breakfast if we needed them

This is a little inn in a sleepy town that's not as centrally located as advertised.. The room was cramped and, unfortunatley it's on a main road so traffic can be heard well inot the night and as early as 4:30 a.m. There is no closet or even space to store luggage. The pillows were obviously worn and flat the bed had only a thin quilt and no blanket. Theninnkeeper can e rude and requests can be ignored. My request for a blanet was met with a direction to use the afghan which was not a full size blanket. I was told there would be GF snacks and on days 2 and 3 of my 3 night day, there were none When I aske for one, she siad there aren't any and nothing was provided. Also it would have been helpful to know in advance that most restaurants in the area are closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (the days I stayed) to plan accordingly. Ithaca is a good 20-25 minute drive and add more time to park. Note that they do not have full time spa services, the masseuse only comes on a limited schedule based on advance booking. Breakfast is a highlight, but, unfotrunately does not make up for the above and no way should they be charging $300/night. Had they not required a minimum stay I would have booked another inn after my first night.

We recently stayed four nights at this charming bed and breakfast. This inn has obviously been created with great love and thoughtful design, indoors and outdoors. There is great attention to detail visually with gorgeous gardens, immaculate lawn, along with clean and well appointed bedrooms. It is family run and mother and daughter (and really all staff) were very easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated their responsiveness and care to whatever we needed Not only were the breakfasts delicious but baked goods were prepared for guests and available throughout the day. We would definitely return here when visiting Ithaca and nearby lakes. I would add that we were especially pleased by the recommendation of the wine guide, Jenn Littlefield, owner of a nearby inn. Jenn was very personable and knowledgeable about the local wineries. As astute about wine as she is, she was down to earth and created a great afternoon tasting wines along Seneca Lake.

Had a lovely stay at The Inn. Room was very clean. The hosts are delightful and quite helpful. This is an upscale B & B and the folks sharing your breakfast able are sophisticated and interesting as well. Let's not forget the on premises spa and hot tub. Trumansburg is very well situated for taking day trips. Recommended wineries are Wagner and Lakewood. Corning Museum and Watkins Gen were fun too. This was an extremely relaxing slow-paced week. Our thanks to Rose and Rachel for making our time so pleasant.

We stayed at the inn on a snowy December weekend. The inn is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We chose the Chardonnay room on the 2nd floor of the main house. The bed and bathroom are luxurious and the gas fireplace is gorgeous. The innkeepers and owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We took several of their recommendations. As far as amenities, we used the sauna in the spa next door and we also booked an outside fire to be set up. There is also an outside hot tub you can request. Breakfasts are delicious and focus on actual local food sources. Thank you to Rose, Melissa, Rachel, and the team for making my birthday stay so special!

Simply put, stay here Restaurants close by, yes, shop with coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and other nibbles close by, yes. Low to no outside street noise, correct. Comfortable room, sizeable bath and dressing area, breakfast included that was different each day and satisfying, yes. Breakfast was served in a lovely glass enclosed morning room, so you look out at the greenery filled grounds while you eat. This is the place you want to return to at day's end after your adventures. Also, book the massage. Just do it, book the massage and stay at this inn while you're in the area. You're welcome.

The property was nice, but I do not think it warrants such a high price. We have stayed in many BnB over the years, and this was one was a pricey ones. And we have stayed many times in the area, so we know the prices for stays. I was expecting more, a bit more pampering. Towels were scratchy, the bathrobe non absorbing because it was polyester not cotton. The light in shower didn’t work, along with a very difficult shower knob on turning water on and off. The water ran a lot longer because we couldn’t get it to turn off. I afraid we would break it. Very loud window room air conditioner. Also, altjough we did not use it, there was a charge to use the hottub. I have never encountered that. Host very nice, breakfast was great.

This is a place of comfort, from the living area to our room to the welcoming host. Keep in touch with her about your arrival time, preferred breakfast times and limitations, and she will take good care of you. It was a REALLY good fresh local breakfast. I would love to stay again, either to explore the area more or just to set up my laptop and work from there between outings.
