Room was spacious and clean with a view of the lake. Location is very near to the lower falls trail. Would suggest to have a kettle in the room and also have food options at the hotel .

Our room, “Parkview”, was beautiful. The bed, loveseat and chair were very comfortable. There was a nice tv, and we appreciated the in-room coffee options. The continental breakfast had some good options, and the dining room coffee was fantastic.

Everything great.
Only disappointment was complimentary breakfast buffet from 8 to 10. Get there before 9:30 or you will be scraping scraps from the pans. Attendant looked at them before me, closed the lids and did nothing. What was left was inedible.

Beautiful, perfect location for sightseeing.
The staff is friendly, professional, helpful. With a cozy bar area, a beautiful patio overlooking the lake, and clean, comfortable rooms, we couldn’t have had a better stay. This was a girls’ weekend but I’d like to come back with my husband. The food was excellent- the breakfast buffet was delicious and more than adequate. We stayed in Lakeview and the view from our balcony was gorgeous!

Hillside Rose Suite was perfect for our family of 4. Nice to have the extra space and separation for the kids. Breakfast was very convenient and good. The path to waterfall was perfect. The grounds of the main inn are lovely - would be nice to extend a similar private area for the hillside inn. A pool would be a great addition for something additional to do and help to support the higher price point. This inn served as the perfect midway stop on our way

Excellent menu and food options and superb breakfast and service. For a family of three, the room assigned should be a more comfortable bed room NOT sofa and AC system needs repair.

The only issue we had is a the very loud air conditioner in our room. Too bad the restaurant doesn't serve lunch and the continental breakfast ( included in the stay) was a bit disappointing.
