Fantastic place. The rooms are huge, the beds so comfy. The staff are amazing. The pool was great, sometimes had it all to ourselves. Fab location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Asoka the owner was fantastic in helping us out when my sister had to have a doctor out, then was took into hospital overnight. He came to the hospital and liased with the staff. I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend.

Staying here with my friend, was the best decision. The place is fabulous situated near the forest, you just feel that amazing vibe of Sri Lanka. The room was spacious and clean and the staff amazing!

We was staying at hotel Beach Grove Villa for 4 nights in February. We came at hotel at evening and Mr Osaka met us with welcome drinks. He is very good manager that can pay attention for every guest. The hotel is located in beautiful forest. Very nice place near the turtle beach. A walk of 10 minutes. The rooms are clean, broad and newly. There are 2 swimming pools. We looked beautiful peacock at the big territory of hotel and made yoga.

We loved our stay here (5 days). The staff were great and very friendly (and tolerant of our very energetic young kids). We were upgraded to an apartment with a private pool on arrival, which was amazing (as was the large shared pool). Everything was great. I highly recommend it

My husband and I thotoughly enjoyed our ten week stay at Beach Grove Villas. Our villa was very spacious with high ceilings, was nicely furnished with large bathroom, ample room for storage, a fridge and coffee & tea making facilities. We spent many a happy time on our large balcony which overlooked beautiful well maintained gardens. We enjoyed watching the wildlife which included beautiful birds, peacocks and monkeys. The Villas were cleaned every day and there was an abundance of fresh towels supplied. We made good use of the large swimmingpool which was also well maintained. The manager Asoka was utterly delightful, highly professional and very friendly. His staff were also very friendly and respectful without being intrusive. Although we mainly ate out with friends the food we did have at the on-site restaurant was delicious. We attended a BBQ which was hosted in the restaurant by another guest where chef Sarak and his staff produced an array of culinary delights. Beach Grove Villas is in an ideal location just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and just over 5 minutes scooter ride to Unawatuna centre. All in all we had a wonderful stay at this fabulous gem of a place and we were sad to leave. We would be delighted to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Beach Grove Villas were an extremely great place for us to stay. The owner and staff are super friendly and show a high degree of hospitality. We felt welcome from the very beginning, when they offered us lunch and invited us for their New Year's Party. We were a family of 4 adults and were given a villa with private pool. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and further we had cleaning every day, which came as a pleasant surprise since it was a villa we were given. We had a beautiful breakfast every morning served at a time that suited us. Further, the location is just a very short and pleasant walk from the beach. The advantage of the villas not being right close to the beach is the very quiet atmosphere. I can highly recommend staying in Beach Grove Villas.

Wat een warm onthaal. We kwamen aanrijden in onze tuk tuk en er stonden al mensen bij de ingang om ons op te wachten. Parkeer maar en wij dragen de koffers. Dat bleek dus een paar trappen omhoog. We kregen de kamer naast de receptie,een ruime kamer met een queen size en een single bed. Mooi klamboe er aan tegen de beestjes. Een ruime badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Een flink zwembad. En later kwamen we er achter dat er wat hoger op de berg nog een zwembad was. Daar zijn de kamers onder reconsructie. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met vers fruit en de eieren werden live gebakken. Overdag nog wat apen in de bomen zien zitten en s’avond overal vuur-vliegjes. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf met super gastvrije mensen. In een woord GE-WEL-DIG !
