What a peaceful and serene place. We had a lovely stay, Gareth and his team were very attentive to our needs. Having Zebras come right to our doorstep in the afternoon was an absolute treat for us.We will definitely return with the family.

We rented a lakeside chalet, it was running. So many thoughtful features - jacuzzi hot and ready to use, fire made up and ready to light. Beautifully decorated and very private. We slept with all the curtains open to see the sunrise.

Sani valley is a lovely place ,the issue is the road from the gate to the lodge ,it's terrible definitely not made for cars ,you will need a bakki or a 4x4 for those rocks,other then that a very lovely place ,peaceful,a beautiful setting with the mountains around it,will definitely go back ,breakfast in front of the lake absolutely nice ,the service from the staff was 10/10

Such an amazing private getaway place, the staff were very friendly on our arrival and our lakeside cottage was breathtakingly beautiful.

The King matress type discouraged cuddling. i.e had space in the middle. The rest was perfect. Breakfast provided was delicious.Will visit again

It was absolutely beautiful. Excellent and friendly service. Property is beyond words beautiful with some wild animals in between! Loved it. Extra bonus was the concern and advice on WhatsApp with which roads were best according to our vehicle. That was a nice surprise. Thank You so much for a memorable stay and we will definitely be back and stay abit longer! Have a wonderfully blessed 2025!

Spacious, well equipped accommodation, complete with own hot tub ! Spectacular views, our lodge looked out onto the lake, with Drakensberg mountains as a backdrop. Evening meals were good, bought directly to our lodge. Breakfast in the boathouse was good, lots of choice of hot and cold food. We used the lodge as a base for a planned trip up the Sani Pass into Lesotho and conveniently our Tour operator picked us up at reception. The drive to the lodge is a farm track and can be rutted in places. We were perfectly ok driving our NON 4 x 4 Audi A4 car up and down it, albeit drove slowly !

Beautiful secluded lodges set around a lake with Mountain View's looking towards Sani Pass and Lesotho. Lots of zebra and bird life Staff very helpful ! Had dinner delivered to our lodge to eat on the decking - what could be better!
