For the first time in my life, I encountered a situation where, despite the reservation and payment of the advance payment, I did not receive the rooms. We traveled over 150 km with a family of 3 children, including 1 infant, only to be told that unfortunately our reservation is not in the system and there are no rooms available. The lady with a stupid smile at the reception could not find any sensible solution and there is no competent person on site with whom the problem could be solved. Complete embarrassment and pathology, no more Kasztel in Uniejów...

Really nice time spent here! Burgers were very tasty, probably the best in Uniejów! The atmosphere in garden with music is so relaxing. We were waiting a long time becasuse it is problably due to a lot of guests. We'll be back here, really recommend! 😊

Bardzo fajny kameralny hotel (tylko 12 pokoi). Jak sama nazwa wskazuje należy się spodziewać rustykalnego klimatu. Pokój bardzo duży, czysty, w naszym było bardzo duże i wygodne łózko, było bardzo ciepło i przytulnie (co było dla mnie hiper ważne, ponieważ nasz pobyt miał miejsce w lutym). Na terenie hotelu znajduje się SPA (kąpiel w balii warta skorzystania). Całkiem długa karta menu kolacyjnego. Smaczne jedzenie. Wyborne śniadanie, bardzo szeroki wybór (jak na tak maleńki hotel). Fajnie, że w każdej chwili można było zejść do recepcji i skorzystać z kawy i herbaty (w pokoju oczywiście butelka wody, herbata i saszetki kawy). Hotel położony tuż przy trasie, ale zupełnie nie było tego słychać. Do Term Uniejów można iść sobie spacerem (a dla zapominalskich można również wypożyczyć ręcznik).

Hotel jak dla mnie spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania. Wygodne czyste pokoje, na śniadaniach duży wybór jedzenia. Hitem jest jak dla mnie balia VIP na romantyczny wieczór. Naprawdę wypoczęliśmy w Kasztelu. Restauracja serwuje bardzo smaczne jedzenie. Polecam gorąco.

Zacznijmy od plusów: hotel w dobrym standardzie, z przyjemnym klimatem. Na korytarzu spokojna muzyka, klimat relaksu. Pokoje bardzo schludne i również przyjemne. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, w pokoju jest cicho. Goście otrzymują 50% kupon rabatowy do term obok, do których spacerem jest nie więcej niż 2 minuty. Śniadanie również dobre, w formie stołu szwedzkiego + jajecznica na zamówienie. A teraz minusy: masaże niestety nie są za dobre. Nie wiem czy trafiliśmy na taki moment zajętości, ale czuliśmy się też jak taki punkt dnia dla obsługi, który trzeba jak najszybciej ogarnąć i zapomnieć, bo są następni klienci. Czy obsługa miła? Raczej tak, zależy od osoby. Tu też nie wiem czy źle trafiliśmy, ale w pokojach na suficie jest alarm przeciwpożarowy, który miga cały czas. Migał całą noc i budził. Warto zwrócić na to uwagę.
