Nice hotel with great hamam facilities, pool and saunas. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great! we stayed with two kids and got a big room with extra beds without extra charge. It was very clean and easily accessible. xxxxxxxx

Karaman’da standartları yüksek bir Otel . Oda&Kahvaltı konakladık . Oda standartları ***et yeterli . Buzdolabı arızası vardı , gece yarısı bizzat teknik müdür geldi ve sabahına hemen halledildi . Kahvaltı büfesi mükemmeldi . Otel yetkilileri ( müdür ve otel sahibi ) oldukça ilgili ve misafirperver . Spa merkezi & kapalı yüzme havuzu var . ***et temiz . Akşam eylencesi arayanlar için , terasta harika bir restoran & bar var , ve de canlı müzik .Alanya’dan Kafile olarak ikinci gidişimiz . Bir sonrakinde de muhtemelen yine New Karaman Hotelde olacağız .

KALDIĞIM EN KÖTÜ OTEL. odada klima sesinden uyumak imkansız. Odalar çok kötü kokuyor. Otel çalışanları ilgisiz ve kaba davrandı. Oda servisi çok yavaştı ve siparişlerimiz eksik ve hatalı geldi. Memnun kalmadık. Bir daha önünden bile geçmeyi düşünmüyorum

Ben böyle kötü bir otel görmemiştim. Fiyatı uygun diye ailem ile beraber cuma günü restauratta gittik. gelmeyen mezelerin ücretini aldılar masaya ücret aldılar. servis çok yavaş ve çalışanlar çok ilgisizdi. Buz geliyor içecekler yok içecekler geliyor ama bizim siparişler değil. üstüne üstlük yan masanın hesabını getiriyorlar. yetkili ile görüşmek istedim yetkili yok. rezil bir otel kesinlikle gitmeyi düşünmüyorum.
