Hotel was newly renovated, the room and the common areas are all very stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Both the indoor and outdoor onsens and the lounge area are clean, beautiful and enjoyable. It was the best hotel in our entire trip. Highly recommended.

The room is very big and the breakfast and dinner are so rich that I can’t finish it. There are outdoor and indoor hot springs. The outdoor bath is really comfortable! The hotel room lobby is very novel! Laundry service is provided👍🏻

It's a cost-effective hotel in Unzen. They serve both dinner and breakfast, and the food was decent. I took a photo of the star here, and it's pretty. And the open-air bath is also really nice.

This hotel is located in Unzen, a famous hot spring area in Kyushu, but it is far away from other attractions, so there are relatively few foreign tourists. During this stay, I did not hear Mandarin, Cantonese or English. The hotel facilities are newly renovated, and the hot spring water is milky white. There are also beverage machines and massage stools at the resting area outside the hot spring. The only thing is that if you want to eat beef for dinner, you have to pay extra. It would be better if there was an option when booking that would allow people to pay a few hundred dollars more but include Saga Steak/Shabushabu. This hotel can be used again. I love so much. 

The hotel is great, atmospheric, very quiet, and the environment is so beautiful, surrounded by mountains and fresh air. Breakfast and dinner were very sumptuous and surprising. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath are very good. The room is larger, but it's a pity that I only stayed for one night. I will stay for a few more days next time. It feels like stopping time here. It's so beautiful!

Take a stroll around Shimabara Castle at Yamashita and take a bus in front of Shimabara Station, the terminal is at the entrance of the hotel. The environment is so beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and the air is fresh. The hotel room is quite large and the decoration is quite new. You need to make your own bed at night. Before the epidemic, someone in the hotel would make the bed, so it should be saving. The dinner is delicious, hot dishes are served while eating, and the breakfast is particularly rich. The hot spring water is milky white, which can relieve fatigue. After soaking in it, the sore neck is also relieved.

環境太好了，這裏的硫磺温泉♨️絕對是真温泉♨️！ 酒店位於雲仙市，這裡是九州人的度假勝地，雲仙地獄景區就在主幹道旁邊，規模很大，感覺比箱根的地獄谷更加震撼。酒店的早晚餐華麗，但説實話肉類略顯單薄，露天風呂和大浴場都不錯，尤其露天風呂面向森林景觀，而且開放時間長。 最贊是服務，雖然有的服務人員英語不太好，但非常熱心，得知我們沒有自駕，用商務車把我們送到了百公裡外的另一個城市。 其實酒店本身的交通也很便利，如果從島原過來，直接抵達酒店門口，如果諫早或者長崎過來，公交車會到市中心，需要換乘或者步行15分鐘左右到酒店。唯一缺憾是房間沒有洗浴間，這點更像傳統日式旅館。

房間夠大,用餐環境很好,溫泉很棒,停車方便,離景點不遠

地方清潔，服務非常滿意，唯獨食物差少少，食物放到凍左，溫泉環境非常優美，私人貸切風侶亦非常整潔乾淨。
