The best Campground ever, my family and I really enjoyed. Thanks to Marla and Kenny for provide such great service, taking care every detail and make us feel like VIP customers, once again look for this campground because it is near to many other attractions.

We stayed in our first tent camping trip in a long time! The campground was so clean, all campsites are in close proximity to the bathhouse, that was kept so clean! We had a great time and even in July, we were almost chilly at night! Would definitely recommend this campground if you want to get away from the distractions of normal life. We had minimal cell service and it was kind of nice!

I had vehicle issues while staying at the campground and had to extend my stay to get the car serviced. The owners were able to accommodate me for the extended stay, which I was so grateful. The owner, Kenny, even moved my camper to the available site as it was a site that usually didn't accommodate my size camper -- but he was able to squeeze it in using his own vehicle. Going above and beyond!!! Marla and Kenny -- you are the best!!

We have been coming here yearly to camp since 2020. The bath house is always super clean. If you buy wood, they will even haul it to your campsite if needed. The office also doubles as a camp site store & has plenty of items you might need if you’ve forgotten them. (Marla is the sweetest) They change trash & clean bathrooms daily. It’s just overall a safe environment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new camping spot.

Stayed here so I could hike Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls. Marla and Kenny were wonderful and worked hard to meet the needs of everyone. I read the reviews before I went and kept reading how clean the bathrooms were. True to the reviews, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We live in the Asheville area but love visiting this area with so much hiking, food options, and music to enjoy. Marla and team do a fantastic job here making our camping experience so welcoming and memorable. We look forward to coming back!!

This campground is one of my favorites ever. Wooded, quiet and great bathroom setup - there's a bank of individual bathrooms with showers plus a large laundry room with commercial appliances. They sell firewood and ice just as cheap as local gas stations/grocery. I was on a primitive tent site - plenty big for a large tent with space to park, sit around the fire pit with room to spare. Also close to lots of hiking, state/national parks, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. Not a bad drive to Boone.

This is my second time within a month of returning to this hidden gem. I LOVE their primitive camping spots down below nestled in the trees. It’s so peaceful and clean. Their bathrooms are amazing, a power shower! The owners are wonderful, so kind with smile on their faces. I like to disconnect from the real world. While you can camp up above and have power, I like to turn it off and enjoy the serenity it provides. My daughter and I are already homesick and look to return for more than a couple of nights next time around. They have gained us as extended family!
