Near garden city shopping mall, comfortable bed room, but no dental kitwas provided ever required it from service hotline

Excellent location, very near to our friend group locations. Convenient to our dining venues. Very pleasant stay.

The hot water for shower isn't steady. The area in the room is nice and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful.

It was good and the place was clean. The only thing was the body lotion didn’t work. The coffee and sugar wasn’t filled each day.

The Mercure was everything I expected. My stay was ruined by the behaviour of the booking website

With the very limited amenities in the room, many stuffs in the room is broken. Luckily, the staff was friendly and willing to help me out in the midnight.

The facilities are very dilapidated, the door locks are broken, the shower head is broken, the toilet is broken, and the microwave is broken. The only good thing is that there is no smell, but I will not stay here again.

Try to change date of staying. Didn’t helped.

the room is very tidy and comfortable, the manager is quite helpful and easy to work with, but the performance of the cleaning staff is terrible for example we run out of tissue but no supply after room services!

The hotel has been rebranded from Travel Lodge to Mercure. They've upped their prices for the same worn building. There's nothing particularly wrong with the rooms, but it is definitely three star quality masquerading at four star prices. The air conditioning system is antiquated and doesn't work properly. The staff are friendly and helpful, but not particularly proactive.
