Very dirty room. No bathroom window no showed curtain. Mess and stains on carpet. Odd smell and over unhygienic and not worth the $100 for such a dingy room which did not even host a microwave amongst. The walls were damages and dirty as was the bedding on 2 of the three beds

Bed is comfortable, bring your own pillow. The rooms are very dated and stains on floor, looked like a mass ****** happened in the room. The bathroom is very old. The cabinetry in the room is old and scratched and tv is small. All in all for the price it’s ok. Good walking distance to everything. You get what you pay for!!!!

Iam a tourist from the Netherlands and flew 24 hours to Sydney and drove 6 hours to stay in your hotel with the intention to have a great time. On our way to your hotel on the 2 th of Jan. we had a lot of unforseen traffic so i tried to call your hotel to ask them what our options are in case of a late arrival. I got someone on the line who said he could not hear me trough my phone. I tried my own Dutch company phone and still he said that he couldnt hear me.....i was stunned by this, felt not being taken serious. I drove like hell to be at your hotel before 20.30 hours. We just arrived minutes before. At the checkin in your employee said that the reservation was starting a day later. I showed him my confirmation email that it was today the 2th of Jan. Till the 4th of Jan. After a long wait and some calls we could checkin afterall. The guy at the desk looked annoyed and brought us to our room, nr2. Then today, the 3th of Jan., we came back at your hotel and just before 20.30 hours i tried to order a Super Salad at the Bistro desk. The girl there said it was not possible anymore. I said to her that it was not 20.30 hours yet! She looked at her watch and said, its one minute past 20.30 hour so its not possible anymore. I could only laugh and walk away shaking my head many times. I felt for the third time not being taken serious. My conclusion after all this is that as a foreigner tourist you mean literally nothing to the staff who supposed to be at your service! Its a DISGRACE with capital letters! Iam very interested in your opinion about this. I was a manager myself for 15 years, if i would have personell doing this, they would become a mark of a footsize 43 shoe in their back out of my company!!! Sincerly yours, L. de Boer/ Gail Ramos Stayed in room nr 2 between 2 and 4th of January 2024.

A lot of poor reviews on this one. Room was old and felt like a time warp but clean and suited our needs being a place to sleep only. Rooms are not sound proof so it was a bit loud when people coming and going at all hours but overall I’d stay again for the $

Where can you stay over night in a clean room with private bathroom, comfy bed, great shower, tea/ coffee making facility, TV and parking at your door, under $100?……you just can’t unless you stay here. Not our first visit. No it’s not flash but then what would you expect. Bonus is the attached hotel has a restaurant with excellent pub food. If not into pub food plenty of options like Thai, Curry House and Burgers all within 100m.

The room didn't have a toaster or microwave...the people in the bottle shop that doubles as reception were rude..useless and bordering on dishonest...we were charged twice and it took me a week to get my money back after being subjected to stupid and non existent customer service...the room was decrepit...I'm never staying in that dump....I'm only going to stay in a decent motel like the mariner motel where I get treated with respect .

Found on *********** as we were travelling through the area and were tired. Grabbed a room based on location not knowing the area. Location is great, close to amenities and where we were travelling so high marks. The place was alive with action, parties in the restaurant, live music in the pub, great to see. The room, sigh, the owners should put some $$ into basic improvements, carpet was really stained, shower was sketchy and the whole room smelled of mould. With a minor update they could charge a bit more and bet it would be real hit. We had stayed in eight different places in eight nights and this was not our best experience.

Looking for a room offering clean tidy room with a good shower for overnight stay. Perfect. Yes it’s a little outdated but it has everything we needed. Coles is across the road. The restaurant we attended for a birthday party across the road. The pub was excellent for pre dinner drinks. The location is in the heart of the shopping centre. The service was excellent. Would stay here again.
