"We arrived into Chester a good few hours before check in so wanted to ask if we could store our luggage, however our room was ready so we were told we could check in right away! (Great start!) We were also upgraded at a discount price (nice little touch there) The exterior is stunning, the revolving door (possibly my favourite part of the hotel haha) and grand staircase were just stunning! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had cut my finger earlier in the day, it kept reopening and one of the staff was very helpful in getting me wipes and extra plasters as I’d ran out. The room itself was gorgeous!! We had a view of the back gardens which looked so nice with the autumn leaves! The bed was large and comfortable! I would love to know where to buy the pillows!! I HATE climbing stairs but they were just too grand not too. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have a drink in the bar whilst we waited for a friend and it was lovely. The food looked delicious. The one and only issue I had was the strange humming/buzz at night which made it difficult to drift off to sleep. However, I did bring earplugs and should have used them so that’s on me haha! Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Chester!"

"Excellent hotel, beautiful location and hotel was set in beautiful gardens. Breakfast was lovely and included in the trip and I had dinner in the restaurant both nights and the food was phenomenal. Nothing was too much of an ask for staff - they were friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely stay here again Thank you"

"Th location is just right in front of the Liverpool Airport, it is very convenient for flight passengers, and of course the public transport to city centre is easy to access. The room is clean, however, the bedsheet/pillow cover could be cleaner, check in/ check out is fast, staff are nice. Generally it is recommended."

"I THINK ROSSETT HALL HOTEL WOULD BE IDEAL FOR CONFERENCES, BUSINESS TRIPS AND SHOPPING TRIPS AS IT IS SITUATED VERY CONVENIENTLY BETWEEN WREXHAM AND CHESTER. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, OUR ROOM WAS VERY COLD DESPITE THE HEATERS BEING ON, BUT WHEN WE MENTIONED THIS AT RECEPTION WE WERE GIVEN AN EXRTA HEATER AND WERE SOON WARM. BREAKFAST, AND OUR EVENING MEAL AT OSCAR'S BRASSERIE WITHIN THE HOTEL, WERE BOTH FINE. HOWEVER, IF THE VIEW MATTERS TO YOU, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK THE VIEW FROM YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU BOOK. ALL WE COULD SEE FROM OUR ROOM - ROOM 10 - WAS A RED BRICK WALL AND IT WAS VERY DEPRESSING!! BECAUSE OF THE WALL, THE ROOM WAS QUITE DARK. THE ONLY OTHER NEGATIVE POINT WAS THAT, ONCE MADE, THE BOOKING COULDN'T BE MODIFIED AND NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN IF IT WAS CANCELLED. MANY HOTELS ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL UP TO 48 HOURS OF THE DATE YOU WERE MEANT TO ARRIVE WITHOUT BEING CHARGED AND THAT GIVES .YOU PEACE OF MIND!"
