This is an outstanding accommodation with a welcoming, well-trained, professional staff. The facilities are spotlessly cleaned, and the staff is quickly attentive to every detail. We were traveling with our two year old daughter and required a crib which was delivered immediately even though it was early morning, Breakfasts are custom prepared and you wonder if your grandmother is preparing the meal, because of the caring and high quality of the meal. The hotel was being renovated and we were moved to a brand new room mid-stay with full assistance of staff. I rate this a five star hotel because of the existing high quality of the facility and all staff, and the ongoing renovations which will make this great hotel into a grand hotel. I’ve travelled in over 45 different countries in many great hotels; the Victoria ranks in the top because of the quality and professional service of staff, the high standard of facilities and most of all, the warm, caring and kindness they displayed to my family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone requiring accommodation in Uralsk, Kazakhstan. It will always be our favorite home away from home!

Bei der Ankunft, leider keine Rezeption, keine mobile Daten( nur möglich wenn man vor Ort eine Telefon Karte holt) 4 verschlossen Türen mit einem Code den man vorher nicht hat, fremdes Land, war ein horror Szenario. Gott sei dank war im einem von Zimmern auch ein Gast der Kontakt mit Hotel Inhaber Kontakt aufnehmen konnte und weiter geholfen hat. Gebucht war das Zimmer über Trip.com auch mein Flug habe ich über diese Seite gebucht, der sehr schön und Komplikationen los war und gezahlt über PayPal. Eine junge Dame ist dann gekommen um abzurechnen. Angeblich war kein Geld angekommen und wird nur in Bar bezahlt immer in diesem Hotel. Ich musste vor Ort noch einmal in Bar bezahlen und vorher noch das Geld wechseln. Meine Meinung nach war das eine Abzocke. Deshalb empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht. Ansonsten war Hotelzimmer neu/modern eingerichtet.
