Location 3/5 : It is located inside residential area and there is nothing around except houses nearby. To reach the nearest convenience store you need to walk 15 mins. Otherwise it is a great hotel to stay if you are going to Disneysea / Disneyland. They have direct shuttle bus everyday. Cleanliness 4/5 : The tatami inside the room has a little bit of odor maybe because of aging. Plus point is that they provide humidifier inside the room. Service 5/5: Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Kudos on this aspect. Amenities 5/5: There are freebies for kids at the lobby and free mask, skincare etc. Every night there is free softdrink and Ochazuke.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

The hygiene and environment were decent. The service and facilities were pretty good, and they even offered ochazuke (rice with tea) in the evenings. The hotel's location isn't great, but they offer a shuttle bus which helps. However, the bus is quite small and can get full, especially on weekends, so you might not always get a seat.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. It was so close to Disneyland with free shuttle service. Their breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

We booked two rooms, and they proactively offered us adjoining rooms. Opening the connecting door made it incredibly convenient. We stayed for three nights, and even days after checking out, we still fondly recall the warmth and touching memories. The attention to detail in their service was excellent, and the value for money was superb. It's not a cold, impersonal hotel, but a warm and welcoming home away from home.

Splendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea. However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.
