Delightful and unique! Easy to find, with a warm welcome and a lovely, nostalgic vibe. The private onsen with wonderful water was a highlight. Our renovated room was beautifully appointed, with a private bath and lovely details. We also savored a spectacular feast of Saga beef and other fine traditional meals. The staff's genuine kindness, including arranging a special gift, was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

It’s not a hotel strictly speaking but like airbnb. The price of this hotel is comparatively higher than other onsen hotel with good service and delicious food, but this one’s service and environment is not as good as others at same level except the foods.

It was a really, really satisfying accommodation.
It was a little far from the station, so it took about 10 minutes by taxi, but I think it cost about 1,000 yen.
The biggest reason I chose this ryokan was the private open-air bath and kaiseki.
The private open-air bath was also really nice, and I understood why the kaiseki was Michelin-rated.
I thought that Michelin-rated restaurants would have small portions and not very tasty food, but it was delicious.
I thought my stomach would burst, it was really delicious.
Needless to say, the private open-air bath was great, and it was also great that I could use the private bath for an hour.
Everything was really good... The only regret was that I only stayed for one night.
I want to visit again.
