Service and room are good. A quiet and Japanese-styled hotel and great onsen. Quite a lot of insects because it is inside mountain. Location is quite far. Tourists with car are better. But generally still recommend the place.

I think that the service was very good and so was the staff. The choice of onsens provided was very nnice too. But the view is definetly the best for me

It is the excellent hotel that we enjoyed the stay so much. Will definitely come back again if we visit this area later. We would like praise a staff called Maria who provided a lot of valuable assistance to us. My kids liked her very much, too!

Good service and wonderful onsen

Finally I got a room and spent a wonderful weekend with my friends at Cone Leaf Villa. Everything was still perfect. The happiest thing was that I stayed in the same room I stayed in ten years ago. It was magical.

The hotel service is first-class, the environment is quiet, the hot spring is surrounded by mountains, and you can hear the gurgling water while soaking in the hot spring, which is very special. The food was of a very high standard and both morning and evening meals were delicious. Will stay again.

Located in the elegant mountains and forests, you need to book a shuttle bus from a station to the store, or you can book a chartered bus to the destination. The decoration is relatively new and the room is large, so it can accommodate up to 6 people.

I had been meaning to go there someday because of its reputation. This time I got the chance and went. Due to budget issues, I booked the most basic room. The overall exterior facilities and scenery were good, but... I guess it was because of the rainy season, fog, and humid weather that lasted for several days... The room we were assigned had a dingy smell coming from the basement. I booked a night's stay... The geographical location of the ryokan (in the lush mountains), the uniqueness of our room (the structure is very difficult to ventilate), the weather... Considering this, I just stayed with it. I turned on the dehumidifier hard... but maybe because I had high expectations, I kept feeling disappointed. Maybe it's just my nose being sensitive... Except for the room condition, the hot springs, meals, and the friendliness of the staff were very good. Despite its reputation as the best ryokan in Ureshino, the room management was somewhat disappointing. Wouldn't that be the case for rooms on higher levels?

We could see the waterfall from our maisonette-type room and watch the fireflies at night, which made my daughter very happy. She also seemed to enjoy being able to visit the different hot springs.

The hotel is located deep in the mountains, so it is best to travel by car, otherwise you need to book a hotel pick-up service in advance But the environment is first-class. There are fireflies to watch at night, and the sky is full of stars when you look up. It is very beautiful. The food and beverages are good. There are only about 20 rooms, so it will not be too crowded.

A very good boutique hot spring hotel with good service, facilities and atmosphere. There are public hot springs and private ones in the hotel. I thought the private one would be very small, but I was surprised when I went there. There are open-air pools, which are very nice to go there at night.

This is truly the best accommodation!! I am also recommending it to people around me. The open-air bath is spacious and the water is clean! The accommodation is also clean and spacious. There is also a cypress jacuzzi in the accommodation. It's too bad to only stay here for one night.
