"We decided to go to Cappadocia from Kyzylgach (~500 km) to watch the launch of balloons. We chose this hotel on Trip Advisor because the price per night suited us, and it was conveniently located (not far from the entrance and the center). The hotel is small, there is a parking space. It seemed to me that locals mostly stay there. The room is clean, everything is there. The staff does not speak Russian, they try to speak English, but it is almost impossible to understand🤦. But these are trifles, since they met and accommodated us without any problems. The price includes breakfast - a buffet. Also, no frills, but delicious, you will definitely not go hungry. In addition, there are 100500 cafes 100 meters from the hotel. In general, for a one-two-day overnight stay, it is very good."

"The place is nice, the service is really bad. If the girl at the reception shows a smile it is saying a lot, it seems that she is doing the guest a favor by serving him. Our rooms are on the ground floor, 4 floors, no one even made the move to help with the suitcases. At night when I was leaving I wanted to open the door and the lady from her desk shouted LEFT LEFT, she didn't even try to stop. I would classify the breakfast as bad, we arrived to have breakfast and all the tables were dirty because other guests had already swept away, it is understood that the hotel knows how many people it has staying, there was no coffee, there was no bread, there was no juice. I felt that the place is beautiful, but the attention ruins the entire experience."

The rooms look just like the photos, the staff was super friendly and attentive and helpful in planning tours or transport for our day to day excursions. Ishmael, Selenya, & Selim were all a big help. The hotel was also a 5 min walk from Urgup city center filled with eateries and shops. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Cappadocia."

"This is our second visit to Emin Koçak Thermal with my family. Thinking we might not be satisfied elsewhere, we didn't want to take any risks and wanted to return to this peaceful hotel, which we've always known and been happy with. And we're so glad we came again. If you want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place surrounded by nature, suitable for families with children, where children can feel comfortable and at peace, you should definitely come here. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms are also excellent, in my opinion. The fact that the pools are separate for men and women is one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel. The pools are very clean and hygienic, and there are also smaller pool areas for children right next to the main pools. There's a tourist market inside the hotel; prices are very reasonable compared to the city center, and almost everything you need is sold there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The public relations manager went around to almost all the tables at dinner asking if we had any problems or suggestions, showing great interest and attention. The cleaning ladies were very kind and attentive. No hotel is perfect, but here, they immediately take steps to resolve even the smallest issue you raise. I would like to thank all the staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness. The food was also very satisfying and delicious, with both breakfast and dinner buffets. I can't even describe the peace we experienced outside; the walking paths, resting areas, and natural scenery provided calm and peaceful moments. The cuteness of the animals, the magnificent nature views, and many more reasons I can't even list... It's also a positive feature that it's safe and fun for families with children. It's a hotel we can wholeheartedly recommend for both vacation and relaxation trips. They definitely deserve five stars for their emphasis on customer satisfaction, their quality service, and the attention and care they show you. We are planning our next vacation here again. Because this place is perfect for us, both in terms of budget and our expectations. Thank you, Koçak Family."
