The staff were very hospitable, we had a luxurious room with a bathtub, everything was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the Turkish breakfast was delicious. "Terrible experience. The hotel doesn't maintain its facilities. The room had several problems. First, the lights behind the headboard were short-circuiting, which was very annoying. We went to the receptionist, who told us to turn off the light and see what would happen tomorrow. We found this unprofessional. We insisted, and they finally brought someone to look at the problem. Upon inspection, they discovered that one of the bed legs was loose, and they couldn't fix it. In fact, it got worse, as we were left without light in that area, the bed leg was unstable, and the headboard was poorly positioned. My partner and I decided to use the jacuzzi in the room, as it was one of the reasons we booked there, but it didn't work properly. The jets were stuck, the button wouldn't move, and it smelled bad. We were furious about the time wasted on all of this and that the room had so many problems considering the price. We spoke with the staff and they offered us another room for the following day since it was full at that time. The next morning, we decided to leave (we had two more nights booked) because of everything that had happened. They agreed to refund us for those two nights we weren't going to use, and we left peacefully, trusting their word. It was a lie. They lied to us for weeks, making excuses that *********** wasn't sending the information, etc. We called *********** again and again with the requirements they asked for, until we realized it was a strategy by the hotel staff. They weren't going to give us our money back; they had been deceiving us from that day on. Furthermore, the facilities were generally terrible. The rooftop terrace wasn't open as shown in the photos; it was dirty and had old furniture. It was unusable, and the common areas were generally filthy. The only positive thing was the breakfast staff—they were lovely. Don't go there and invest your money in much better places."
