A place like haven! The hotel has all it needs to make you happy. Rooms are awesome, large and vonfy.The garden is astonishing, restaurant is great snd staff fantastic friendly. Breakfast was perfect. And in room amenities are all there. Great hotel!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The people are lovely and make you feel welcome.The location is excellent but you will need transport of some type. Javier was a dynamo with helping to move all the luggage around for our largish party of tourists.

This is a great hotel if traveling with young children! It seems a little off the beaten path (e.g. it's not really within a walkable town), but everything you need is right on the property, and it's a great home-base for day trips to sites. The property is huge and of course just stunning. It has a playground right in the garden and a kids room filled with toys and activities. Also, my kids were able to pet and feed the baby alpacas, which live on site. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well (shout out to Rocky!) Lastly the food for breakfast and dinner was quite good!

The facilities and grounds are amazing. Maybe even magical. Javier is the bell man, who set the tone for my stay…. as he took my carry on from me and said he would take to my room. An hour later he saw me in the grounds and said “Cheryl, Input both your bags in your room” he remembered my face and name tag on my bags. What a nice treat that he made the effort to know my name. Jani, at the reception was helpful one evening and I was impressed. The grounds are so beautiful and I enjoyed the fire pit one evening.

I was amazed when I walked in to this hotel how beautiful it was. The rooms were lovely, the people were lovely. The onsite dining was good. You have to walk the ground to take it all in! My husband even took in a massage. Try the Muna tea...it's amazing.

Hotel # 3 out of 4 in So. America. Not a fan of all of the stairs, especially at this altitude. Bathroom had tub/shower combo and tub was very deep. Hotel consists of several buildings, fortunately we were in Bldg #1, but still a little walk to main building. Breakfast buffet was extensive, but no made to order eggs. Road to hotel was under construction so very bumpy ride to get to. Service was outstanding at front desk, restaurant and bar. Would recommend as a base for exploring the Sacred Valley. Close to train station for trip to Machu Picchu.

Excelente place definitely couldn’t recommend it any more! Appreciate the great hospitality and a big shout out to Nilson for always putting a smile on my visit! Food was excellent and overall the vibe was quite unique!

I stayed at Casa Andina Premium Valle Sagrado for two nights during a Road Scholar trip. The room was comfortable, breakfast superb, and staff friendly and courteous. A special shout out to Nilson for helping navigate checkout and the lady bartender who helped me open a tricky plastic bottle of distilled water, needed for a medical device.
