O melhor da pousada é a Dona Marlene. Atenciosa, gentil, prestativa, simpática e acolhedora. Ela deixa o local com cara de casa. Não bastasse, ainda faz a melhor cuca do mundo! Não encontrei em Santa Catarina outra Cuca como a dela. Cama confortável, banho bom e café da manhã delicioso

Chalezinhos bem equipados, confortáveis, ducha maravilhosa, hidro bem grande, com tv com varios canais que ate me perdi. Excelnte wifi, cafe da manha bem farto e delicioso. Casal proprietarios foram excelentes , super atenciosos, deram diversas dicas de passeios e restaurantes , passando inclusive um roteiro para os dias que ficamos. Enfim , adoramos!

Cabana incrível e aconchegante com vista deslumbrante . Possui lareira, lençol térmico, fogueira externa, varanda, chaleira de água quente, microondas, pratos, copos e talheres possibilitando uma refeição no.local. Café da manhã é bem completo e tem a cuca da Marlene que é deliciosa. Tudo no lugar faz vc se sentir em casa...não dá vontade de ir embora.

Ficamos no chalé 5 e o lugar é bem diferente do que as avaliações sugerem. O chalé precisa de uma reforma, está visivelmente cansado, precisando no mínimo de uma pintura para não dizer uma reforma geral. O atendimento é muito bom, com pessoal simpático. O café da manhã é bom, com alguma variedade de bolos, salgados e frutas. A localização não é das melhores sendo longe da cidade e de tudo mais. Para se chegar na pousada pega-se um trecho de uns 100 metros de estrada de terra bem esburacada. O valor não condiz com que se encontra no lugar, não sendo um bom custo benefício.

O que me faria voltar para Urubici? As tortas e doces da Dona Marlene, da Pousada Kayser Haus. Melhor torta de maçã que já comi. A pousada é simples, mas as camas são confortáveis e, na casa onde me hospedei, dormem confortavelmente até 8 pessoas. O que falta de organização na cidade de Urubici, sobra em simpatia com o pessoal da pousada. Os doces do café da manhã desta pousada poderiam entrar como ponto turístico desta cidade. Aliás, poderiam abrir um café colonial para aproveitarem mais as delícias da dona Marlene.

Excelente atendimento/recepção de Marlene que, além de tudo, nos deu sugestõesde passeios , ótimo quarto muito aconchegante com boa vista. No quesito limpeza, excelente. Ótimo café da manhã, bem diversificado. Não me adaptei com os travesseiros e preferi dormir sem; nada relevante. Voltaria certamente!

Pousada bem localizada, fica na rota das principais atraçoes, e a 5km do centro, o cafe da manha ok, chales bel equipados, limpeza ok, manutençao de pequenos detalhes como pintura e parafusos faltando estao pendentes. O restaurante paradouro don Jones na entrada da gruta nossa senhora de Lourdes, fica proximo da pousada e é melhor que qualquer restaurante do centro para jantar.
