"My experience at Delta Hotel was very disappointing, the facilities are very simple and need maintenance. The shower was not warm, the bathroom was incardated and in the room only the fridge and the bathroom were working, making it difficult to use the other equipment. In addition, on the day 14/07, I had to ask for a favor to the official who was at the reception at 19:45 and I was grossly attended. I lacked friendliness and readiness to deal with the guests, making the experience even more unpleasant. I hope that the hotel will take steps to improve both the structure and customer service, and I am available for any clarifications that are needed."
