I was very satisfied with the check-in experience. Ms. WHN contacted me in advance to understand the check-in time and special needs, and helped arrange a room on a high floor. Xinjiang special pomegranate juice and fruits were prepared in the room. She was very considerate and meticulous. The room was ready after one o'clock for check-in. Check-in was smooth and quick. This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel.
