This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the past three years. It is not worth recommending at all. The specific problems are as follows: 1. Poor parking facilities The parking lot is located on the bridge, with a small and cramped space, making it difficult for vehicles to enter and exit, and the parking experience is extremely poor. 2. Unreasonable passage design The passage from the parking lot to the hotel lobby is narrow and crowded, and it is extremely inconvenient to carry luggage. 3. Lack of service awareness When checking in, you need to push the door to enter by yourself when you carry multiple pieces of luggage. The front desk and security guards are present but no one actively provides assistance, and the service attitude is indifferent. 4. Poor service attitude at the front desk No one greets you after entering the door, and the front desk staff has no expression on their faces, which gives people an unpleasant feeling. 5. Environmental sanitation issues The elevator entrance emits a strange smell, which makes people uncomfortable. 6. Poor quality of facilities The corridor is paved with low-quality carpets, which has great resistance when dragging luggage. It is superficial and affects the guest experience. 7. Serious noise pollution The room faces the street, the sound insulation effect is poor, and the sound of vehicles and horns can be clearly heard, which seriously affects the quality of sleep. 8. There is no instruction manual, which increases unnecessary learning costs. 11. The restaurant is located in a remote location The restaurant is located at the end of a long and narrow passage, far away. The room was clean and tidy, and it was also very quiet. There was a 1.8m big bed + a 1.3m single bed, which was very comfortable for sleeping. The pillows were of a suitable height. No matter how late I came back, there was plenty of hot water for bathing, which was great. Some hotels were too late or too early, and the water was not too hot. In short, I will still choose Zhefei Hotel next time I travel👍
