Meihao Ritz Hotel Urumqi Branch

Booked this hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations! May at the front desk was fantastic—very kind and efficient with the check-in process. The room was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. Even when I called late at night, the front desk answered promptly and delivered items quickly. Very satisfied!

The night view is great, and the breakfast at the restaurant is also good. It's just a bit far from Urumqi's popular attractions. The underfloor heating was really powerful, and there was no humidifier in the room, so I had to make my own (soaking two bath towels and placing them by the bed, plus opening the window). The front desk staff were also very patient. Overall, it was okay.

This stay exceeded my expectations. First, the location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Xiao Du was efficient and friendly, making the check-in process quick. The room was more spacious than I imagined, well-arranged, and newly renovated, yet very clean and tidy with no overlooked spots. The mattress was just right, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was also good, as I wasn't disturbed by hallway noise. Breakfast offered a good variety, especially the freshly made noodle station which was delicious. Staff were prompt in clearing dishes. Overall, I felt this hotel pays attention to details, such as the free drinks and tissues in the lobby, and a very clean kettle in the room with no limescale. For a hotel in this price range, it offers excellent value for money. It's a practical choice for both business trips and leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to this city.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at near Urumqi Airport. The service is even warmer and more attentive than many 5-star hotels, I'm super, super satisfied! 👍 I even got hooked on their smart mattress, haha.

The service was absolutely excellent. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. We arrived in the middle of the night, and both the customer service and front desk staff were incredibly patient and provided clear directions. The environment is fantastic, and the facilities are complete and very new. It's also very close to Wanda Plaza.
