Lanting Oushang Hotel (CCMALL Times Square Store Hongshan Park)​

The tea set provided was exquisite. Although it's on a street, it's not a main road, so it was quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. It's only about 300 meters from the North Gate of Hongshan Park, so it's an easy walk. Check-in and check-out were both very quick. A big thumbs up to the front desk lady! 👍

Our trip to the Western Regions led us to the Lavande International Hotel in Urumqi, and it didn't disappoint. The warm and attentive front desk service instantly soothed our travel fatigue, and the room was clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet, yet the location was convenient for visiting all the attractions in Urumqi. The meticulous service made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Xinjiang!

Cleanliness: Very clean, exceptionally so. It might be a new hotel, as the facilities and bedding are quite new.

It was a great stay, very quiet. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a little robot that delivered food. All the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. I ended up extending my stay for another night.

I booked this hotel for my trip, and it has an excellent location. It's very convenient for dining and getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The room was clean with no strange odors, had good natural light, and the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. The toiletries were well-stocked, making for a worry-free stay. The entire staff provided very attentive service; communication was smooth when I had questions. My stay experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our Xinjiang trip, this one was by far the worst experience! First off, we booked a standard room for three people, and they told us only two could stay? Who made that rule? Every day, the cleaning staff would forget to provide three sets of toiletries and towels; we had to call them each time to remind them. The cleanliness was also terrible, so bad I didn't even want to take pictures – it really soured my mood. The hotel also didn't offer a fruit-cutting service. At the other hotels, they'd happily cut and package fruit and bring it to our room. Seriously, when you're in Xinjiang, don't you want to try some melon? The service was really poor, staff seemed untrained and inexperienced. If we hadn't booked for three nights upfront, we would have checked out on the second day. The only good thing about the location is its proximity to Hongshan Park; otherwise, it's not great. Leaving during morning rush hour, it's easy to get stuck in traffic. Please consider all this carefully before choosing this place.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Urumqi, considering both the ambiance and the price. The rooms are decorated so warmly and are very clean, plus the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a fantastic barbecue stall run by a guy from Henan; the food is delicious. Right behind the hotel is Hongshan Park, perfect for a morning stroll or exercise. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.
