Very good service by the receptionist. They are very helpful and have good smile. Overall i am very satisfied with my stay here. Will definitely come back again!

Not a good hotel … firstly, after a long tiring flight and day, upon arrival , reception mistakenly could not find my booking and told me I have no booking - left me struggling to try to call Trip.com in China which I couldn’t on my foreign mobile. Then later when I was stranded after 15 mins, reception said they found my booking. This is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Then they gave a terrible room, with damaged - metal ***** divider in the room was sticking out and came off, etc. Had to request to change room. Generally not a pleasant stay and do not recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable and convenient hotel in a good location, with helpful staff and good amenities (such as a free washing machine to use). The breakfast was limited, and strangely next to a gym area (I can’t say I’ll ever get used to eating with the sound of clanging weights etc)!

Okay stay in walking distance to the International Bazaar. The rooms have seen better days & our room had a smell!
WiFi is working, however be aware that the "Great Firewall" is especially tight in Urumqi!
All in all too much money!

For the price paid I have no complaint on location and amenities. However I think service and response from FO staff also Security could be better and more helpful

Good location, 5 mins walk to Southgate station, very convenient from the airport. Nice walk to the Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Traditional restaurants round the corner . Would gladly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Walking distance to international bazaar. Staff very helpful in booking our taxi to airport. Breakfast varied and good. Washing machine available. Clean. Good amenities.
