The room was compact, but the high floor offered a nice view. The elevator was old, and the bathroom facilities were a bit dated. The bathroom fan needs to be checked, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The advantage is its proximity to Wanda Plaza Jingkai, and there's also a night market nearby, which is very lively with lots of people. You won't have to worry about food and drinks.

Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at Yuexiang Light Residence Hotel (Jingkai Wanda Plaza High-Speed Railway Station Branch) and sharing your detailed stay experience. We are delighted that you appreciated the expansive views offered by the high-floor room, and we also appreciate your recognition of the hotel's advantageous location, adjacent to Jingkai Wanda Plaza and the night market, which truly provides convenience for travel and dining. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you mentioned, such as the old elevator, outdated bathroom facilities, and the mediocre cooling effect of the bathroom exhaust fan and air conditioning. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue to pay attention to and improve these aspects of the experience. We look forward to providing you with an even more comfortable and complete stay in the future.

The hygiene and environment were quite good, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Being on a high floor, the view outside was great. Wanda Plaza is just across the road, which makes shopping convenient. There are parking spaces downstairs, so parking is easy – just park and go.

Getting into the hotel was quite annoying as the elevators are slow and dirty but the room itself is ok. However for its price I would have expected more.
Response from Property: Thank you for your review. Your words, sometimes encouraging and sometimes cautionary, are both delightful and a little stressful. We are delighted that you have given us such a pertinent evaluation after your stay. While we feel a little pressured by your questions, they also serve as a spur to our work. Thank you again for your evaluation. We will address any issues we have as soon as possible. We need your witness to our progress! We look forward to your next stay. Wish you a pleasant stay!
