This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel. I was very satisfied with the check-in experience. Ms. WHN contacted me in advance to understand the check-in time and special needs, and helped arrange a room on a high floor. Suitable hotel location for travellers, just opposite of the airport. Room spacious and clean, well equipped. Check-in procedure a bit complicated, but staff is generally helpfull and friendly. Hotel does not accept foreign credit cards. Good choice of meals for breakfast.
