Hostal Malvinas

Cozy, clean room. Free internet is available. The bathroom has a shower with hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. There's a safe. The room has heating, so I didn't get cold. The blankets are warm and the bedding is clean. The staff are good and kind. Breakfast is delicious. Housekeeping is done daily. I didn't immediately find the outlets near the bed, but I eventually did. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel has a great location, close to Central Street and the waterfront, making shopping and dining very convenient. The rooms have gas heaters, which are very comfortable, and the breakfast environment and food are excellent.

Overall, this hotel is good. Breakfast includes apples, but eggs would be even better. The hotel's check-in information mentions quiet hours after 10 PM, but there were too many people talking loudly in the next room, which was very noisy. I complained to the staff, but it didn't improve the situation. The only downside is the hotel's good location.

Excellent location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Located midway up a hill, two blocks from the port, it's about a 10-minute walk to the city center and areas near the port, ideal for catching a boat or enjoying king crab. The receptionists, a lady and an uncle, didn't speak English but were very helpful. There was no water or kettle in the room, but bottled water could be purchased separately. The room had heating. It was very clean and hygienic.

The room was small, the bathroom was too cramped, and the lack of slippers and toothpaste was a common problem.

A decent hotel for the price. Very nice and pleasant staff. They're always available. Conveniently located, close to the main street and all the main tourist spots. Breakfast was simple, but we didn't go hungry. Good linens and towels, everything was perfectly clean. The plumbing was a little worn, but everything was in working order. We were satisfied.
