Disappointed all expectations..... booked family room but it had nothing family very small and bathroom in very bad condition. There are no cleaning and daily linen change …. Perhaps because it is a residence …. But they should highlight it when booking for a few days…. A cockroach in the room requested cleaning that never happened…. Too bad because the structure has a wonderful location but would need a restyling..... we won't be back

In 2019 I wrote a very enthusiastic review of the Stella Marina… We came to this hotel almost every year. Unfortunately the management has changed For two years, prices have increased and there are no longer any services in this residence... We stayed for a week with family. Breakfast is chargeable, which is not at all clear when booking... It is completely mediocre: rusks in bags, small jam capsules, and the times are no longer at all suitable for diving. Moreover, the space where equipment could be dried is now used for laundry… No cleaning is done in the rooms, the floor is dirty, the sheets and towels never replaced during the week because all these services basics have become paying! On the terraces, dirty glasses, bottles, full ashtrays are cleared very late, which is really ugly. We paid 1400 euros for six nights. It was impossible for me to obtain an invoice, the reception is totally inefficient and cannot give you any information. The days when Salvatore came to pick you up with a smile when you got off the boat are over! You will have to drag your suitcases to the hotel regardless of the length of your stay! The room's kitchenette is on its last legs, inefficient hobs and minimalist crockery. You will have three chairs for a room of four with a leaking kettle!!! What a pity ! Je suis extrêmement furieuse de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, et je ne peux pas m'empêcher d'exprimer ma colère face à leur service désastreux. J'avais réservé une chambre familiale avec vue sur la mer, insistant sur un grand lit et deux petits lits pour mes fils (je suis partie seule avec mes fils) Mais dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une toute petite chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure, avec uniquement un grand lit et un petit lit La réceptionniste, ou plutôt devrais-je dire, l'employée incompétente, a été incapable de régler le problème par elle-même et a dû faire appel à la direction. Mais cela n'a servi à rien, car leur attitude désintéressée et dédaigneuse envers notre situation était flagrante. Aucune excuse, aucune considération rien ! Le pire dans tout ça, c'est qu'ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de proposer une solution acceptable ou une quelconque forme de compensation. Nous étions coincés avec une chambre inadéquate, sans aucune aide de leur part. J'ai dû dormir avec un de mes fils !!!!! Franchement, cet hôtel est une véritable arnaque. Ils prétendent offrir des chambres familiales avec vue sur la mer, mais ils ne tiennent pas leurs promesses. Ils volent littéralement les gens en leur offrant des chambres de basse qualité pour le prix d'une chambre de qualité supérieure. Je suis extrêmement déçu de leur manque de professionnalisme et de leur manque de respect envers les clients. Je déconseille vivement à quiconque de réserver dans cet hôtel, à moins d'aimer être pris pour un imbécile et traité comme une vache à lait. A EVITER ABSOLUMENT !!!!!!!

l’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé surtout si vous y allez pour un séjour plongée. très facile d’accès et directement sur le port. Pas de repas mais un petit déjeuner très correct (croissants au chocolat délicieux). Repas facile à prendre juste en face chez Kiki. très propre et air conditionné parfait. Une seule petite chose a changer; lorsque des clients comme nous restons plusieurs jours, changer les serviettes, vérifier papier toilette et savon. Pour le reste, c’est très bien. Juste en face du ferry en provenance de Palerme.

Con mia moglie abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura, unica, nella splendida isola di Ustica, per panorama. I gestori e il personale sono stati di una gentilezza e professionalità difficilmente uguagliabile. Colazione ottima ( si fanno letteralmente in 4 per l'ospite). Pulizia.. da 1 a 10 direi 12. Ce ne fossero così!!! Da ultimo, una piacevole musica sale dal locale sottostante... straconsigliato!!!

Residence gradevole e di buon livello, camere confortevoli e piscina idromassaggio. Vista meravigliosa con terrazze sul porto di Ustica. Personale cortese e disponibile a raccogliere e soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un esempio: siamo rimasti bloccati due giorni per le avverse condizioni del mare. La titolare e tutto il personale si sono prodigati con ogni mezzo per “alleggerire” l’attesa della ripartenza, consentendo di accogliere l’inconveniente con la giusta filosofia. Se potessi il mio voto sarebbe 0.. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo residence... 160€ una notte.. (Ho pagato 155 in un hotel in centro a Parigi con vista sulla torre Eiffel).. il condizionatore rumoroso e poco funzionante...La colazione fa ridere.. 2 fette biscottate 1 cornetto...NULLA DI SALATO!!! Se vendi una notte come un hotel di lusso,devi dare i servizi... Vergognoso è dire poco!!

Consiglio questo albergo che è organizzato in tutto anche per portare gli ospiti al mare nella meravigliosa caletta di punta faro. Al punto mare vi è anche un baretto per il ristoro, unico punto di ristoro a mare dell’isola. Ustica è fantastica ma le discese al mare non sono tutte comodissime, bisogna essere attrezzati. Personale cordiale e amorevole, ci si sente in famiglia. Pulizia e cortesia. Ottima posizione, a due passi dal porto, dal centro e dai punti di noleggio dei mezzi. A poca distanza anche percorsi naturalistici, assolutamente da fare!
