This is a nice hotel with fantastic staff, who cannot do enough to meet the clients' needs - they really went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay for me.
However, the location of the hotel is not fit to host guests. The noise from the train tracks, particularly on the city facing side, is incredible. Easily the loudest room I have ever staying in, anywhere, in my life. I was close to tears thinking I would not have slept for several night in my stay. Thankfully, I was moved to a quieter side on the second night, which was still noisy, but nothing like the city facing side. It should just not be possible to ask anyone to pay for a room with loud noises until midnight, and from 5:20 AM. This is not a site fit for a hotel. Staff, however, were super kind and helpful.

As a premium member, I was disappointed that I did not receive one hours late checkout. I was told the cleaners would be upset. I travel frequently and have never been denied one hour additional time by any hotel particularly if I have gold or premium status. I recognise that there is a discretionary aspect to the decision-making. This makes the response to my request more impactful. I will definitely reconsider staying at this particular hotel again even though the service from the other members of staff was friendly and professional

Excellent service and room was clean. Big TV, fridge to cool my own goods and very comfortable bed. Safe in the room and wi-fi quite good. Storing my suitcase after checkout in reseptionist controlled room and not just a room everyone can enter is a big plus. Simple breakfast that would need a better selection. Locked entrance after a late business dinner and no response ringing the door bell was the only negative experience. Needed to make a phone to get the door opened.

It was fantastic, food was great, gym was decent. Slight issue with being right next to the railway. If you're a light sleeper. But other than that, great stay!

The location of the Hotel is very good. Walking distance from the Utrecht Central and the Jabeurs Convention sentre. The Rooms are rather small if you choose 3 person occupancy. Also, the cleaning service was rather pathetic. We requested cleaning and make-up room every day and yet for 2 days there was No service.
