The location was super easy form Utsunomiya station. It was comfortable and nice

The location is decent, not too far from the station. I stayed for two nights, but they only clean the room if you stay for three consecutive nights as per their policy. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The room's facilities are quite basic.

The room is big but the bathroom and toilet is too small. Staff is helpful.

Good hotel

I had a car, so it wasn't a problem for me, but if you're walking from the station, it might be a bit far if you have luggage. There's a private parking lot about a 3-minute walk away. There's also a coin-operated parking lot near the hotel, and the price isn't much different. Check-in was smooth. I didn't use the breakfast service, but the dining room was clean. The soundproofing in the room is poor, so you can hear a lot of activity and doors opening and closing from the same floor. However, because of that, the price is cheaper than other hotels in the area, so I didn't have any particular complaints.

The room was locked with a key, which is quite unusual these days, and I was a bit confused when trying to open it. The walls also seemed thin, as I could hear footsteps in the hallway.

There seemed to be a club activity competition, as there were many student groups using the hotel, and the noise continued late into the night. The poor soundproofing was noticeable; even with the door closed, a lot of surrounding noise was transmitted, which was a concern. The guest rooms were somewhat dimly lit and, while clean, gave a limited impression. It's also a bit far from the station, making access somewhat inconvenient. If you're looking for quiet and comfortable accommodations, it might be a good idea to check the occupancy status beforehand. The staff were polite and helpful.

I was able to spend my time peacefully.

It was very inconvenient because we couldn't have temporary visits in the room. We canceled two of our four nights.

All the staff were polite. It would have been nice if the amenities included skin care products. The breakfast menu included the standard items and was just right for a light meal.
