Hotel Newitaya

The photos of the single room are completely misleading. The furniture is all very old wooden equipment, the bedside lamp was broken, and the refrigerator made a loud noise all night, making it impossible to sleep well. I definitely won't choose this place again.

Facilities: Decent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very quiet. Service: Very thoughtful.

I decided to book this hotel because it was undergoing renovations. I'd checked reviews online and found the ratings weren't good, so I drove to the hotel first. Seeing it in person and having convenient parking, I decided to book. I wasn't disappointed at all! It felt like great value for money. The room we got was large, a corner room with two interconnected rooms. Each room had four beds, perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable, and there were two bathrooms. They even provided a bottle of water per person, which is unusual at other hotels. Amenities were complete, and parking was free. The location is on a main road. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and drinks. The food tasted great, and the service from the restaurant staff was excellent. Everyone in my family was impressed with the hotel and the service. This is another great hotel to stop at while driving from Sendai to Tokyo. I highly recommend it, and if I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a room-only stay, but it was good. Next time I'll book one with breakfast included.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's very satisfying for the price. The breakfast is delicious. They have a wide variety of drinks and the salt bread is especially tasty.

The building itself feels a little old, but the rooms have been renovated and are very clean! Amenities are provided in the room, and the service is excellent! It's also easily accessible from the station.
