Heres the thing, me and my bf booked this place for a weekend because we had to attend a wedding nearby. The reception lady was kind enough to give us early check-in but, that's probably the only above bare minimum nice thing about this place. It's at a convenient location no doubt and the rooms are decent size, it serves the purpose if you are just looking for a bed to crash in. Speaking about the negatives, the place is absolutely filled with spiders. Like I'm not referring to 1-2 cobwebs in the wall. It had spiders in the washroom, near the bed corners, under the table, near the sink, behind the radiator, any direction you will look in, you will spot a spider. My worst experience was I was brushing my teeth early in the morning and I felt this tickle on my leg, I looked down and lo and behold, a spider crawling its way up. If you're just looking for an affordable shelter close to the airport for a nights stay and don't mind sharing your space with spiders then go for it.

The location seems to be very close to the airport but you may have to wait half an hour for a bus to go there.

It was only a stop off until the next day flight so was handy place to stay and had all what you wanted for the night

In the empty hotel we were given the last rooms in the corner and we saw spider picture attached upon which we were given different room not good facilities at all

Perfect location for overnight stay before travelling to the airport. Just walk around the corner and you have the Welcome Break for food, drinks etc

The hotel itself is very dated and basic but absolutely fine for a night stay before or after a flight. Everything was just perfect for us. Cheap and cheerful for our budget. Staff were helpful and check in/ out easy. Ideal location for Stansted airport as it's literally 5 minutes away from the airport carparks. It's at a welcome break area so KFC, burger king and subway onsite.
