It was a horrible experience. We stayed here for two nights and will never come back. The bathroom fan was not working, and the toilet was extremely dirty. The table fan in the room didn’t work either. On top of that, the staff were completely unresponsive.

Good for a short and sweet stay.
Serves the purpose.
Value for money.
Could hear a lot of noise in my room until late night midnight, but can't complain as I am not sure it was the hotel guests or Brunel university students, so I will give it a benefit of doubt.

All staffs including house keeping are very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and little supermarket, health centre and restaurants are nearby.
