I had the best experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond everywhere! It's absolutely gorgeous, very clean, good room setup and incredible staff. I'd give them a 10/5 if I could. As it is, I'll definitely stay here again. They're very close to a bus stop (the best way to get around Tianshui) and the light rail. The river park is right across the street, and it's absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good with Chinese and western options, and they even serve local options, which was exciting.

The hotel lobby manager has a very bad service attitude. He didn't solve the problem when there was a conflict. He kept accusing me of taking too long to wash clothes and pointed at me, which was very disrespectful. There are only two washing machines in the hotel.
