I had a very unpleasant experience at hotel click during my stay on 27march. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude, making my visit uncomfortable and A hotel should provide a comfortable and hospitable environment, but this experience was the complete opposite. I was deeply disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to others. Management needs to take serious action to improve customer service. I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed decision.

The location is good, but the rooms are not clean. There were hygiene issues— the bedding, mattress, and pillows were all dirty. I requested a change, but the staff responded that these were the only available options and could not be replaced. Additionally, the staff's behavior was not good. Overall, my stay was the worst.

The worst hotel to live in. I had booked for 2 nights. They gave me a very shoddy room with mosquitos all over. At 5 in the morning there was a very loud noise of the heater which was placed right in the ceiling of the room. I couldn't sleep after that. I changed my room, but to my surprise the AC wasn't working. Changed my room again. I urge people not to book and stay in the hotel. It has the worst service and rooms. A waste of money and sleep!
