I have booked this resort and paid advance for 30th December. Due to an medical emergency i couldn't able to go for the holidays. But the resort management is either not refunding the amount for cancellation or date change also. I have shared all the evidences also but still they are not considering those. On Humanity basis they can do. Because i had hospital expenses too. It is an direct booking.

we visited this place as friends for college trip and booked three rooms staffs are very friendly and views from this place is awesome,they have free games and a big speaker where we can connect with our phone and play our music.open door pool with great privacy and free break fast which is very good, and paid dinner we had one night that is also served well into our room over all a great experience will visit again in future.

The people are very friendly. Stay is comfortable and food is very good. Getting there is difficult. But it’s worth visiting. Not wheelchair friendly though. Rooms are very spacious. Room for extra beds too. Perfect for family as well as friends hang out
