Bedroom 2 is located just outside the dining area and features a queen bed, walk in closet, 25” flat screen TV, DVD and full bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Evergreen Lodge is located between the Vail Valley Medical Center and the Dobson Ice Arena and near the library. The free in-town bus route has a stop by the Library/Ice Arena and the condo is a very short walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Chair 8 in Lionshead. This condo sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds comfortably and a coin operated washer and dryer is on premises. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
