Nice place on the corniche, quiet hotel, side view of the sea... Very welcoming boss despite non-standard hours. Opportunity to walk by the sea with magical sunsets...

Very good hotel. Quiet and clean. Well located . Excellent catering, a first in a starred restaurant. Hearty breakfast but high price … the staff is very pleasant. I recommend this place.

De belles créations aux saveurs iodées ! Produits de qualités, beaucoup de « mignardises » salées et sucrés qui saturent les papilles au dépends des plats principaux ! Les plats sont peu généreux ; pour exemple la canette avec 2 petites lamelles et idem pour le Saint Pierre. Emplacement magnifique, très belle salle de restauration, service peu précis.

Difficile de donner un avis positif sur cet établissement, il s’agit d’un hôtel restaurant je réserve une chambre par un site. Vous arrivez on vous annonce que le restaurant est complet. C’est fortement regrettable. L’hoteliere aurait dû m’envoyer un message pour m’inciter à prendre mes précautions.C ´ est l’usage habituellement surtout pour un 3 étoiles. Sinon les chambres sont simples trop simples

Nous avons découvert le restaurant Perochon aux vacances de Noël. Le dîner fut splendide , de la fraîcheur , de la finesse, des mets savoureux locaux où de partenaires proches . Le service est discret , calme, très sympa. Dommage que nous y étions le soir , nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la vue mer … nous reviendrons .

Wir haben für. Mittagessen reserviert. Das Essen war sehr gut. Personal sehr nett. Deko reicht das Ocean vis a vis. Allgemeine war ok. WC hinter ein Vorhang war noch klar beschrieben aber ok. Geschirr, Geschmack Sache. Hier sprechen wir von 1 Sterne Restaurant. Service war sehr sehr schwach.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel des Brisants où nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est de très bon conseil et extrêmement attentif à la clientèle. Merci à Olivia et Christine. L'hôtel est très calme, d'une propreté exemplaire et les lits très confortables. La vue sur l'océan était la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci à M. Perochon pour l'excellence de sa cuisine. Dès le premier échange, on comprend qu'il aime son métier et ses clients. A cet égard, nous ne voulons pas oublier le personnel de salle pour sa gentillesse et la qualité du service. C'est avec regret que nous avons quitté l'hôtel des Brisants mais nous reviendrons !
