Do not stay – they charged us twice and ignored all communication We were charged twice for our stay. At first, we assumed it was a system glitch and tried to contact the hotel before arriving – but received no response. During the stay, we showed all the payment statements and were told they would “look into it.” They asked us to send everything by email, which we did immediately – only to be completely ignored again. We followed up with several more emails – still no reply. At this point, it feels like outright theft. They knew about the double charge, acknowledged it in person, and then chose to ignore us. No refund. No help. No customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Incompetence is the word that sums up my experience, starting with the receptionist who answers the phone with a screaming baby in the device, a sign of great professionalism and seriousness. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel a little dated but perfectly clean and tidy, kind and thoughtful staff attentive to the needs of the customers. Top international breakfast. Satisfied with the week spent, we recommend it and will definitely return. The Zoldo Valley is wonderful, we have done several wonderful excursions with breathtaking views on the advice of the tourist information on site. Thank you.

We went for lunch on Easter 2024. Wonderful lunch, perfect menu, plentiful, very well looked after, fresh ingredients. Chef, waiters, managers and staff of unique courtesy. Better than at home, they treated us like royalty. Nice place, warm, welcoming, practical for those passing through the area, beautiful village. We also went to church for the Holy Mass, compliments also to the parish priest and his beautiful little church. We will return heartily. Lara Medea
