This was a perfect place to stay before starting a segment of the Alta Via 1! My family and I walked to Rifugio Staulanza from the hotel. We climbed to the Alta Via 1 on a local trail accessible after a short walk up the road the hotel is located on. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the dinner was exceptional. Elisabetta was super helpful with all our questions before (via email) and during our stay, help with a taxi service, and luggage storage. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. They make their own bread which is delicious. Breakfast was served from 7 until 10 and dinner at 18.30 and it was a four course meal. We didn't catch time to check the spa unfortunately.

We stayed 1 week in January 2023 in the appartment part of the building. It is very clean and the appartment was equiped in everything we needed. Our kids are 2 and 6 years old. We ordered breakfasts and dinners and enjoyed the home made food. One remark is that internet is slow but it was great for us to be forced to disconnect from virtual life and enjoy 100% the real life. The place is ideal for family with kids. The owner is very kind and supporive. The hotel is animal friendly.

Just stayed 4 nights with Liz and her beautiful family run hotel & residence. She couldn't have done enough for us during our stay, was really helpful with all the local information and places to go, and the food is just outstanding! Hotel rooms are nicely done up and when the wellness centre is finished woth views of the mountains whole you relax it'll be even better (although it's pretty amazing now). I can't wait to go back there.

From the moment we arrived, Elizabeth was always there with a smile, ready to help us with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our ski vacation. Her willingness to drive us to the ski lifts at any time of day was truly amazing and greatly appreciated. We never had to worry about transportation and could focus on having fun on the slopes. One day, I realized that I had forgotten my cell phone charger at home. Elizabeth was quick to lend me hers, which was a lifesaver for me. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure her guests' comfort truly set her apart. The food at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic, thanks to Elizabeth's culinary skills. She truly knows how to make delicious meals that are both satisfying and comforting after a long day on the slopes. Above all, Elizabeth's warmth and motherly nature made us feel like we were part of her family. She took the time to get to know us and made us feel welcome and cared for. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our wellbeing and wanted to ensure that we had a memorable and enjoyable stay. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte di passaggio durante un viaggio. Hotel pulito, curato così come le stanza. Location ottima con posizione sopraelevata rispetto all'abitato. E' nei pressi della strada principale ma noi non abbiamo avvertito alcun fastidio durante la notte. La nostra stanza è comunque risultata essere un pò piccola per tre persone e il terzo letto era un pò sacrificato, ma comunque per una notte non abbiamo sofferto un gran disagio. Presenza di frigobar rifornito del necessario. Proprietaria cordiale e professionale, ci ha riservato una buona accoglienza. Un plauso a parte lo riserviamo al ristorante. Abbiamo cenato veramente bene. Tutte le portate erano deliziose. Quindi ci sentiamo di fare plauso speciale al personale di cucina per l'ottimo servizio, anche del personale di sala. Anche la colazione ci ha lasciato estremamente soddisfatti. Noi lo consigliamo vivamente.

Hotel meraviglioso situato in posizione panoramica e tranquilla ma vicinissimo al centro del paese. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime dotate di ampio terrazzo con vista sul monte Civetta. Colazione varia e ricca con prodotti genuini fatti in casa. Cene di ottima qualità. Abbiamo trovato ospitalità e cortesia sotto tutti i punti di vista. Sicuramente ritorneremo!

Gestito da una coppia con due figli piccoli, lei segue carinamente i clienti e lui cucina alla grande. Piatti non tipici del posto, ma tutti veramente buoni. Colazioni abbondanti anche con dolci fatti in casa. Nel complesso pulito... da tornarci!

Fantastico Accoglienza eccellente anche per il nostro ZEUS a cui la proprietaria ha dedicato molte coccole! Stupenda location per non parlare della cucina fantastica ed ottima… ogni sera un menù diverso e la colazione al mattino vasta cast ed abbondante Ci torneremo presto anche in inverno. Posto paradisiaco!
