This is a well maintained property. The elevators were good. The bathrooms were good. The outdoor areas had lovely roses and bougainvillea.

El hotel mantiene una estructura muy vieja y los recepcionista muy poco amable , muy poca cortesía de parte del servicio . Más encima ni siquiera hacen aseo de la pieza de forma diaria y para más remate al momento de efectuar le pide en 4 cuota y te tiran en 36 cuota sin consultarte .

Si bien tiene muy buena ubicación, céntrico, el estacionamiento es pequeño. las habitaciones de nivel superior no están mal, pero los baños necesitan mas limpieza. Ese fue el punto negativo de la estadía. Por el mismo valor uno d epuede quedar en el Diego de Almagro por ejemplo.

ustedes se preguntarán por qué este título???.... y es porque el hotel mantiene la decoración, la estructura y el estilo de los años 80's.... pero en excelente estado! lo que realmente me encanto!... muy limpio y aseado todo el hotel, muy bueno ubicación cerca del centro y un fabuloso desayuno..... cabe destacar también la buena predisposición de sus empleados que en mi caso llegué antes del check-in y me permitieron dejar el auto en el garaje para poder moverme con tranquilidad por la ciudad de Valdivia

En el checkout del domingo 13/8/23 ME OBLIGARON A PAGAR UN CONSUMO DE FRIGOBAR QUE NO HABÍA REALIZADO. No había un responsable jerárquico a quien apelar y a pesar de las explicaciones obvias referentes a un consumo de 3000 clp que no tendría motivo para negar, el empleado de recepción, alto de barba y maleducado, jamás intentó solucionar la situación (a mi criterio en hotel debía hacerse cargo del error en el control del contenido del frigobar) y sólo me preguntaba por qué medio iba a cancelar. Arruinó mi estadía y no por el dinero sino por la desconsideración y el destrato.
