Hotel Dreams Pedro de Valdivia
"Room is very comfortable, breakfast is plenty and with many options, pool is nice, a little crowded with children, if you seek calm maybe not the best experience, it is a family hotel. Very good overall!"
Hotel Puerta del Sur
"The hotel Puerta del Sur is in a paradise-like location, surrounded by tall trees and an nature-rich wetland. The view from the hotel rooms, lobby and breakfast room is amazing. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Best Hotel I have ever stayed at in my 20 years business traveling."
Hotel Diego de Almagro Valdivia
"The hotel does not meet minimum safety standards in parking lots. I couldn't leave the hotel, because other passengers blocked access to them, even parking on the sidewalk. The curious thing is that the hotel placed cones, protecting customers who parked incorrectly. The most serious thing, in my opinion, is that they even block access to the hotel. In a real emergency, a fire for example would be a real disaster. I brought this situation to the attention of the reception who informed me that the clients "don't pay attention." Unusual response for a 5-star hotel. How can they not put up barriers to prevent that. In addition, there is a parking lot with access from the back street, which is empty, with no signs of being occupied, and about which there is no information. In my opinion it is a negligent situation on the part of the hotel, which I will report to the company where I work. July 11, 2023"
Hotel Marina Villa del Rio
"Beside the river, excellent connectivity to travel to different locations of the city and tourist attractions, large and comfortable rooms with TV and internet, good breakfast, room where breakfast is served with view of the river, The hotel has a swimming pool, you can access the river edge."
Kasa y Familia
"Very good location! Cleanness good."
Hostal Arrayan
Hotel Casa Woerner - Caja Los Andes
Hotel Melillanca
"Old hotel, expensive for what it is. We had problems in one room because the air conditioning made an unbearable noise during the night. The next day we notified them and they told us to turn it off and open the window if we were hot since the central heating cannot be regulated. I emphasize that it is central, if you come for work and want to know a little more it would be useful, just consider checking the condition of the room."
Hostal 1009 Valdivia
"We had been stolen two headphones during the luggage storage offered by the hotel. We have strong safety concerns as the hotel owner confirmed that the luggage had been left alone with other guests but they won't take the responsibility for that. Additionally, the situation for entering the hotel is terrible as there is no doorbell and the lights were not working during the night. As the hotel owner isn't responding anymore neither to us nor to our booking platform we can't recommend to stay at this hostal."
