"A nice little hotel with bar and restaurant, decent breakfast , really offering a nice choice of traditional or lite meal. Clean , helpful staff, especially the handyman who made sure i had a fan in my room. Small rooms but comfortable , just a bit too stuffy in the hot weather. All in all a satisfactory pleasant place to stay"

The room was lovely and cosy and shower was one of the hottest I have stepped into I had the breakfast which was delicious it was value for money. Also met some lovely local people who were ver helpful. Would I stay here again of course I would hopefully see you soon."

"We stayed for 2 nights while walking the Ridgeway Trail. The hosts were friendly & professional. The room was comfortable with good quality tea, coffee, etc provisions. The breakfasts were excellent; high quality ingredients cooked well and a good choice/flexibility; just the thing to set us up for a day on the trail. The evening meals were very good too; well above traditional notions of 'pub grub'. Being a pub there was a good choice of beers/wines/spirits, including a good range of Arkells Ales on tap. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
