The hotel itself is located to the city centre which is very convenient. However, you have you check in at the other building.

Self-check-in is available; the hotel doesn't have a front desk. There's a self-check-in machine after entering the main entrance. Simply scan your passport to get your room key. The hotel is quite old, but offers great value for money. It's located in the city center. The only downside is the poor soundproofing.

It is in the center of Valencia, the room is a little small, but still comfortable. I was expecting a view of the city but instead I hit a wall, never mind.

James Bond would like this hotel. The room is basic and stylish, comfortable and luxurious. Quite perfect really for a good night on the town. Smack in the fun district of Valencia.

Stayed at New, Nice and clean Deluxe Rom - in Room all was perfekt. Toproof, was a disapointment, there are place for improvement; make new dekorations, small Lightning, or change the pictures at HomePage. Breakfast was fresh, with good coffee.

Everything was good except for the walls and floors didn’t fell sanitize, the base board in the restroom was coming off , it may need renovation . Other then that everything else was great!

Lutz’s in Valencia Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay as it is in the heart of Old City Valencia. Tons of restaurants very close by and it was close to the City Hall where we caught the bus to get to the beautiful beaches. The only weird thing that they didn’t tell us about was that we couldn’t check in at the actual hotel — once we got to the hotel there was a message on the door that told us that we have to walk about 6 mins away to actually check in. Having sod that the ladies at the check in hotel were super friendly and told us how to navigate the city including what bus number and where to get the bus to the beaches. Beware there are no safes in the room to store your valuables but it is a very safe hotel.

very nice building , very convenient location. cleaning service a bit noisy in the mornings and deco needs update but overall very nice stay
