Most incredible stay at las arenas. Staff could not do enough for you. They are very hot on ensuring check out on time, which is understandable, but I had a cleaner come in with still 10 minutes.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. I arrived late and booked an executive room, only to be told I'd been upgraded to a suite! Environment: The hotel is located by the sea, and the good rooms face directly onto the beach, with an incredible view. The suite was spacious and clean, with a terrace for watching the sunrise. Service: Perhaps because of the suite, I was told parking was free. The breakfast was very generous!

Ideal location, average service, the young staff at breakfast and at reception are very unpleasant, fortunately those with experience make up for it a little, paella in the hotel restaurant is excellent!

The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.

There is no room facing the beach, so the scenery is average. The hotel is very close to the beach. Overall it is pretty beautiful. The hotel should have been built a long time ago and have historical stories. The breakfast is average and there is nothing special.

The staff at this hotel did a great job of ensuring that guests were completely disappointed with their stay. Check-out was at 12:00. At 12:05, a woman named Carolina started calling our room and sternly ordering us to vacate it. I find it incredible that a 5* hotel would behave this way. At 12:10, we had almost packed all our suitcases and were standing at the door when a woman barged into our room without asking permission! She began to emotionally explain in Spanish (they completely deny English here) that it was already time for us to check out. At the same time, the phone rang and a threatening voice asked us to leave the room immediately. It was 12:15. This made me so angry!!! That at 12:20, when I went down to reception with my suitcases, I started asking them what was going on here?! Why do they allow themselves to behave like this?! I know check-out is at 12:00. But what if there are some human concepts? We were 15 minutes late. The hotel was half empty. What could be wrong? I've never encountered anything like this in my 30 years of traveling in Europe. It's so devastating to see what should have been a very nice hotel. And indeed it is. The grounds are beautiful. There was a wonderful woman working in the night bar who recommended a good wine. I would recommend the management pay close attention to this issue.

A wonderful resort hotel with a beautiful interior and restaurant. The rooms and service are top-notch. The pools are wonderful, with sun loungers with soft mattresses and service. I especially want to highlight the concierge, Andre, who was helpful with any questions. Everything was well-organized. The breakfast was varied, and we thoroughly enjoyed it; it's the best in Valencia.

Great location…and the hotel’s own pool is fantastic! I’ve stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years! Perfect for a vacation, especially with the fireworks at night 🎇. The food service is excellent! The roast lamb chops are great; we had four servings! Remember to ask for extra chili 🌶️ and potatoes 🥔…they’re delicious! If you don’t ask for extra, they only give you four! Once you realize how good it is, you won’t want to just have chili 🌶️ and potatoes anymore; just order another serving of roast lamb chops and ask for extra. This suggestion can save you money 💰

This hotel is considered a high-end hotel in Valencia, adding a lot of color to Cabanyal Beach. The rooms are comfortable and bright, and the facilities are complete and intact, especially the courtyard is very grand, with two outdoor swimming pools, one indoor swimming pool, and a large gym. The breakfast is 30 euros per person, which is quite rich, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice is great.

Everything is great in the hotel - location, spacious bright room, great delicious restaurant, and also SPA... especially wonderful massage after the half marathon... However, there was a moment that upset me - I arrived at the hotel after the competition at about 13:00, at the reception they said that the room would be ready at the standard 15:00... Ok... I waited Impressive was my surprise that when I entered the room I saw someone's dirty cotton swabs and garbage in the bucket, as well as (sorry for the details) uncleaned toilet and trouble(((this is unpleasant...
