Hotel Malcom and Barret Reviews

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t experience any problems. It was a bit small, but the size was completely fine for one person. The location is slightly far from the city center, so in summer it’s more convenient to use the bus. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. It offered a great variety of options and the quality was excellent. I would honestly rate the breakfast 10/10.

Pleasant hotel located outside the city center in the Quatre Carreres district (about a half-hour walk to the center). The staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a nice bar and restaurant with good food. I was able to check in a bit earlier, which was a bonus. The rooms are kept pretty clean, but they do show signs of aging, especially the bathroom door where the paint is peeling due to moisture damage. The hotel is also quite noisy and is situated near a busy highway, but the room can be well-darkened, and the air conditioning works very well. All in all, it was still a very enjoyable stay, and because it's a fairly large hotel, the staff are quite competent in their service and in English. I would definitely come back here again for a budget-friendly stay.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

Overall very good and location is super near to the main train station and walkable distance to the center. They upgraded our room to a bigger room for extra 5€ and it was nice. Everyone we talked to was pleasant and very helpful.

The Museum of Science is 20 minutes' walk away, and the city centre is 35 minutes' walk away. Delicious and varied breakfast. Free parking is available on the surrounding streets.

Clean and tidy, attentive service, convenient transportation

The hotel is strategically located near the center and Valencia's main attractions, as well as close to public transportation. The staff also speaks Italian and is kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the service was excellent, with breakfast and a welcome cocktail! We will keep it in mind for future stays in Valencia!

Parking is available on the street; the location is decent, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the center. The squid ink rice is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
