Plz spend a little more and go for another hotel. The 4th Floor room we were in was small and the quality of the bathroom was very dirty unhygienic and dangerous. The toilet was not securely screwed to thr floor, it moved when in use. The bathtub was very shabby and low quality. The is a socket in the bathroom that is half covered. The sheets had stains. The location of the only electrical socket is near the door entrance, not practical to charge phones. Room Phone did not connect to reception desk. Had to go down to request an extension lead. Was asked to pay 5euro for this with the receptionist not helping at all. A very bad start to a short trip. Was mislead with the photos. Plz do your research!!!

We walked for about 1.2 km from the train station to the hotel. But the visiting sites are all within walking distance from the hotel, which makes it convenient. Hotel provides simple continental breakfast buffet for €5. Staff at the reception counter was friendly. No mineral water, coffee or tea provided in the rooms. Rooms are very basic and have just enough space for 1 luggage, after shifting the furniture a bit to make space for it. Walls are a bit thin, and conversations could be heard from the corridor.

We liked it a lot but we went during Fallas and since it is so central it is true that that night there was a party under the place until 4 in the morning but it didn't seem bad to us since we knew what could happen in the center during Fallas, for the price it is great.

The location is very central, close to everything. The price is cheap, you get what you pay for. 24-hour front desk, friendly service. The elevator is quite old and has the charm of an old house.

Shameful. A tiny room, without air conditioning and very old. The excessively small bathroom. The building needs renovation. A single elevator, also very small, for many floors. Its situation, very good on the other hand, does not help how bad the accommodation is. A little sympathy at the reception would also be appreciated

Hotel in the center, wonderful location as a few steps from the square and the station, the room was quite small, with a walk-in closet in the wall, a bathroom that could have been better cared for, but was fine, a totally useless window, because opposite there was a wall, well-functioning air conditioner, and very comfortable bed, very damaged and dirty table, also equipped with a TV. Very friendly reception, I recommend it if you want to spend little, stay a few days, and especially for those who want to stay in the city center as much as possible.

Very unpleasant experience. The four nights of the hottest month in Valencia in July, 16-20. Room 201 provided by the hotel has no air-conditioning and only a fan. After coordination with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to change to an air-conditioned room the next day. The next day I went to say that I couldn't change it that day, but I could change it on the third or fourth day, and I went on the third day and said it couldn't be changed. Feeling that the same lady at the front desk was out of her mind and acted unreasonably, I called the police and left a complaint record to the police station. I did not stay at this hotel for 4 nights.

小旅館位置很好，距離火車北站和高鐵站都不遠，步行十分鐘可達。到市政廳廣場步行約三分鐘，到中央市場、絲綢交易所步行約十分鐘。到主座教堂也就步行不到十五分鐘。房間乾淨整潔，每天打掃。早餐比較簡單，衹管吃飽不管吃好。
