The hotel is pretty nice. The room is clean, the staff is super friendly and breakfast is amazing with the beach view. I totally recommend it!

Great staff, well-run hotel, rooms spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good, presented by very friendly staff. Overall, it is a very good option by the beach. I will return if I return to Valencia. Area can be a little noisy on week ends due to beach club but I had an internal room and heard little

Very professional and friendly service! As soon as I checked in, the lovely receptionist found out that I spoke Italian and she switched to my language with the smile. Even if my stay was very brief, the service was excellent, the room was welcoming and elegant. Hope to come back for a longer stay!

Nice refurbished hotel, cool atmosphere restaurant with good quality of food. Junior suite is little but the real issue is the outside noises from the disco club. We don’t like to sleep with air conditioning and it’s been hard to sleep with the open windows. Nice sea front view. Veronica, concierge’s team, is just great, supportive and very professional.

Room: small but okay with great view of the beach. Bed was smaller than expected but very comfy pillows! Location: great proximity to the beach. Wish I knew of the night clubs so close by. The ear plugs provided helped, but very loud until 4/5am. Unfortunately, this is not the fault of the hotel. I would recommend better black out curtains. The bed faces the beach but the curtains still let in some light People: a little rude. I was laughed at by staff when asking where breakfast was and when asking the cleaning service when they would be done cleaning our room. I did ask in Spanish, so I’m sure it was broken, but still no excuse. Please note, a few bad apples make a negative review. There was a very nice bartender and breakfast waiter, but we did not eat much at the restaurant after the first rude waiter for lunch.

Superb hotel. I lived in a room with a sea view, the sunrise was superb. The staff is extremely kind, and the restaurant is the best on the entire Malvarrosa beach front. The hotel is practically on the beach. you just have to cross the cliff and enter the beach. We also wanted to visit the tourist attractions in Valencia. I bought tickets for any public transport for a duration of 3 days. In fact, we stayed two more days in Valencia. Bus stops 95 (2 minutes away) and 32 (5 minutes away) are very close to the hotel. We were practically there, in Valencia, and benefited from beautiful sunrises, and we could very easily visit the city as well. We wholeheartedly recommend the location. I am also grateful to the hotel staff and thank them for their help. The flight home was canceled and they helped us find another hotel nearby. Thank you again!!!

Lovely hotel down by the beech. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast and lunch was excellent. Our stay was let down by lack of hot water on day one and no water at all on day two. I appreciate it was not the hotels fault but very frustrating all the same.

The bed was awful mattress sunk down so far I was nearly sleeping on the floor. Expensive for a very small room. Waiters ignored us and favoured non-staying guests serving them first despite taking our orders before… Dreadful and frustrating Would NOT go back.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location, right on the beach and close to the city centre. We only stayed one night before joining a cruise, but the room was great and the staff were super welcoming and friendly, they all spoke perfect english. We ate in the hotel restuarant in the evening and our meal was excellent, cannot fault this place and will definitely return!
