Good hotel in Valencia. Had a pleasant stay and lovely staff

Clean and near city centre

20min by feet to Valencia old town. next to a shopping mall. 5-8min to metro Valencia

Everything was excellent. 10/10 for the price.

The worst experience of the entire trip. A four-star hotel, but it felt like a guesthouse in a third-tier city. The facilities were extremely outdated, like something out of 1980s China. Much of the furniture was damaged, and the cleanliness was poor. The doors, floors, furniture, and locks all exuded cheapness. The room lacked almost everything you'd need; there was barely any furniture. No coffee machine, no kettle, and only a few napkins were provided. Most unbearable of all, there wasn't even a USB charging port. The refrigerator was crammed full, and everything was charged separately. Room cleaning was incredibly slow; it wasn't done until 3 PM, and we had to ask them to start. The front desk staff had a forced smile; I don't know how they got such good reviews! Ctrip should really warn guests to avoid hotels like this!

All bathrobes are one size "L" just like the shoes. So useless. Location is good. Bus station nearby.

Very good! It is about a 20 minute walk from the centre. The hotel is very nice but it is true that the bathroom, for example, looked a bit more used. Everything is clean!

Good hotel, area quite far from the center, very safe area at night

The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions. The receptionist is also very friendly. A taxi to the train station costs 7 euros one way. Overall, it feels good.

I like this hotel very much

The location of the hotel has special advantages according to different travel needs. For example, the long-distance bus station is downstairs. The hotel service is very good, and the attitude is very good. The facilities are old and the cost performance is not high. In particular, the water pressure of the shower is too low, which may be a problem with the shower head. It is not worth the loss, and it should be replaced. Slippers need to be requested.
